The result positions Za Core as a strong addition to the Sheikh Zayed and Dahshour Axis development corridor. Za Core is a mixed-use mall in the heart of El Sheikh Zayed, located within the Northern Expansions area of West Cairo, developed by Doroob Developments. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, working in close collaboration with the developer to shape its architectural and engineering vision. The location is highly accessible, just minutes from Ring Road, Sphinx Airport, and Mall of Egypt, and near Juhayna Square and Cairo University's Sheikh Zayed branch. The project brings a mix of commercial, administrative, and investment-ready units to one of West Cairo's fastest-growing corridors.
