Spade Mall is a mixed-use commercial destination developed by Asaal Real Estate Development, located near Sheikh Zayed City on the edge of 6th of October, close to the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, leading its full architectural and engineering vision from concept through delivery. The mall brings together retail, administrative, and entertainment spaces designed to serve as a comprehensive commercial hub for the surrounding community.
